mercutio is saying shame on the both of you! by both of you he means that shame on tybalt and the capulet's, and also is saying shame on romeo and his family! the reason he is saying this is because tybalt and romeo could not agree and stop fighting and in the act of the fight tybalt stabbed mercutio trying to stabb romeo and the way he feels that its there fault that he is suffering and going to die so he wishes bad luck and shame on both of them and there families!
